Terms and Conditions

My Terms & conditions govern your use of my website & the service you should expect from my business.

 By continuing  you accept my terms in full.  If you disagree with any of these terms, please navigate away from my website & do not continue use.


Pricing & Shipping Costs


My prices are subject to change at any time & without prior notice.  My prices are inclusive of all material costs & artist time,  but only include postage & packaging if stated, otherwise this is separately chargeable.


Shipping costs are worked out based on order size & will be automatically added to your cart upon checkout.


Dispatch & Payment


When you have completed your order & payment, please be aware that this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted.  I reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice, however I will always try to inform you of any changes or cancellations as soon as I can.  In the event that I have to cancel an order, I will of course immediately issue a full refund.


Unless otherwise stated on this website, I will dispatch your order within 7 working days of your payments being cleared.


Please note that once received, paid orders cannot be amended for ready to buy items in my online store.  Bespoke projects however can be amended after payment.


I use PayPal to process payments as it provides a secure payment option for my customers.  I do not see or retain your credit/debit card details.


Cancellations, Returns & Damaged Items


I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchases.  If for any reason you wish to return an item to me, please initially notify me by e-mail or via my contact page.  Any returns should be safely returned to me within 7 working days of receipt.


A full refund of the price you paid for the item will be issued within thirty days of receipt provided the item is returned in its original condition; unused, in its original packaging & in a re-saleable condition.


You will however be responsible for return delivery costs.  Any refunds sent will not include the cost of postage & packaging and I cannot refund if the goods are damaged.


Please obtain proof of posting from the post office in the unlikely event that the item does not reach me.  


If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact me within 7 days of receipt & I will arrange for either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.


I will ask that you pack the item with care and return the faulty item to me.  Upon receipt of the damaged item I will refund the cost incurred by you in returning it to me and replace or refund the goods.


For your peace of mind & mine, I obtain proof of posting for all items sent and I request that you do the same for any items that you return to me for the safety of all involved.

Additional Information & FAQs

How are you eco-friendly/sustainable?


I try at every turn to use & provide environmentally friendly products & packaging.  I cannot say I am 100% green, some pen ink, paint & adhesives are not 100% eco-friendly however I try to offset this by using recycled & reused packaging , biodegradable plastic options & even using an independant printers that use 100% recycled materials & do not compromise on quality.


Why is there only a few things available in your shop?


I am a one woman band - I design, make, promote & post everything in my shop myself.  For this reason, I decided that I would make everything in small batches & limited edition.  This enables me to have a varied selection of things for you to buy, plus it means that what you buy is not mass produced & remains unique.


Why can't I book a commission slot?


Periodically, I open & close my commission list.  Each month I have a number of slots around which I assign time for managing my business & creating new ready-to-buy products for my shop.  I limit the amount of commission slots available each month to allow me enough time to complete the commissions around my other work.  


If you have found that my commissions are closed, you can request to be added to the waiting list - simply email lunajcreative@gmail.com & you will be added to the list & provided with a waiting number, as soon as I have spaces you will be informed based on your number.


Where do you get your designs?


All my designs are created by me (Laura Butler-Simms) & are copyright of LUNAjCREATIVE.  


I create everything from the idea, to the product design, even the packaging, logos & website.  


My designs come from my brain (and a little from the soul) - the only difference is with commissions, I use a questionnaire from my client to influence my design, using their answers to create unique artwork that is partly them & partly me.
